misty requested blue today…
…journeying beneath wind and thought…struggles are far away…inside every storm there is peace that surpasses understanding…resting in this place…surrendered…there is unconditional acceptance…
emotions and thoughts are transient…they come and go like seasons…their nature is to cling…i remind myself of their impermanence…as sure as this day ends…the sun will rise again…a breaking dawn with new possibilities…
